It has just come to our attention that our mailboxes have not been forwarding emails to our ticketing system. While this would usually be a very obvious error, a few email somehow got through and so we thought it was just a decline in support requests.
Unfortunately, this was not so. A lot of emails stayed in our mailbox and never got to our ticketing system. This is something that should have not happened.
We’re now replying to everyone who emailed us in the last few days and hasn’t got a reply. If you’re one of them and still didn’t get a reply, don’t hesitate to contact us again.
I sincerely apologize to everyone who has been affected by this.
Update: We’ve replied to all missed emails. We’ve processed requested cancellations and refunded payments if they were a consequence of us not cancelling it on the first email.
